Managing Director

Annette Hodge

RGN, SCM, DN

Annette is the Managing Director of Stephen Hodge Associates Ltd. She has worked within the company since it was established.

Prior to this her professional qualifications and management training and experience were attained within the N.H.S. This included a variety of responsibilities, including managing staff members, wards and specialist units including pioneering work in patient care, and teaching colleagues from a variety of disciplines. These management skills were relatively easily transferable to Stephen Hodge Associates Ltd, with the exception of raising invoices! She has written articles and papers that have been selected for publication and particularly enjoys opportunities to interact with our clients.

Senior Chartered Building Surveyor

Stephen A. Hodge

Dip BS, MRICS, Adv. Dip CILA

Stephen is the Senior Building Surveyor at Stephen Hodge Associates Ltd, establishing the business in 1998 with Annette.

He has worked in the construction industry since 1977 on both residential, commercial and MOD buildings. Whilst working Stephen undertook studies and related work experiences and gained Chartered Building Surveyor status following successfully passing the RICS examinations in 1990. He has a broad range of experience including working with both Building Surveying and Architectural Practices. Additionally Stephen has gained insurance experience by working for a number of years with a large international Loss Adjusting company dealing with building and property damage, further studies in this field led to him being awarded the advanced diploma in Loss Adjusting Adv Dip CILA. Stephen’s experience is broad and quite unique in its range which has well equipped him to deal with all aspects of our clients requirements.
